Have run Windows update, but nothing seems to apply to my issue. Since the issue persists, you need to get in touch with Nortech Support or Intel Support to check for Windows 8. Also refer to the computer manufacturer chipsey and try installing the Windows 8. Hi Praseetha, Thank you for your reply. Did you try to upgrade Windows 8. The drivers for this device are not installed.
